Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Program at Montecito Preschool
Year-round daily Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Programs are available to preschoolers and elementary children whether or not they are currently enrolled in classes at Montecito Preschool. Children may attend our Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Program without any advance sign-up, the hours never expire, and drop-in is available daily from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our Drop-in program can be used on its own or combined with full-time or part-time classes to allow more time at school and for your family’s convenience. We also offer this drop-in during our school breaks and through back-up care (through Bright Horizons or Care.com). School Breaks and Summer
Full-time Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay is also available during our school breaks and during the summer, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you’re interested in using our drop-in care program through a back-up care provider like Bright Horizons or Care.com, please contact your employer to book your care through their back-up care company.

Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Fees
To utilize our “Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Programs, there is no monthly tuition. A parent must prepay for the use of this program by purchasing Prepaid Hours. These Prepaid Hours never expire, are transferable from one year to the next, maybe purchased at any time with no minimum purchase required and are non-refundable. To enroll, submit a completed application along with a one-time Application Fee and Materials Fee for each child enrolling. There is no Deposit required to enroll for Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Program.
Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Enrollment Age Requirements
To attend Montecito’s “Drop-In and Back-Up/Extended Stay Program, children must be at least 2 years old and not yet entered 6th grade (approximately 11 years old).
