Classes
Each class offered at Montecito is three (3) hours long. The annual school term is ten (10) months long.
Morning (AM) Classes are from 8:30 to 11:30 am (Blue & Yellow Rooms) OR from 8:45 to 11:45 am (Green & Rainbow Rooms).
Afternoon (PM) Classes are from 1:00 to 4:00 pm (Blue & Yellow Rooms) OR from 1:15 to 4:15 pm (Green & Rainbow Rooms).

Age Requirements
- Twos Class: To enroll, children must turn 2 by June 30th in the year they start school.
- Twos/Threes Combination class: To enroll, children must turn 2 by May 1st or 3 between Sept. & Dec. in the year they start school.
- Threes/Fours Combination Class: To enroll, children must turn 3 by May 1st or 4 between Sept. & Dec. in the year they start school.
- Threes & Fours Classes: To enroll, children must turn 3 or 4 by December 1st in the year they start school.
- Pre-K: To enroll, children must turn 5 no later than February during the school year in which they are attending Pre-K.
Deposit
A non-refundable Deposit is due upon completion and submittal of each Application for Enrollment. This Deposit shall pay for the June monthly tuition and the Application Fee.

Monthly Tuition Payment
Monthly Tuition is due on the first of each month. A total of nine (9) monthly tuition payments shall be paid annually (Sept. to May). No additional June monthly tuition shall be due because of the initial Deposit paid at the time of enrollment.
Sibling Discount
A 10% sibling discount on monthly tuition will be given to any Parents who enroll more than one (1) child/sibling for any Montecito class. This discount will apply to the monthly tuition for each sibling and to the Deposit for each sibling at the time of enrollment.
Drop-in Enrichment Application Fee (for children not enrolled in another Montecito class)
A non-refundable Extended Care Application Fee of $150.00 is due upon completion and submittal of an Application for Enrollment. This only applies to children not enrolled in another Montecito class.
Drop-in Enrichment Fees
In order to utilize any Drop-in Enrichment hours, a punch card must be purchased in advance. A punch card may be purchased at any time. The punch card will allow use of Drop-in Enrichment any day, any time, in 15 minute increments. No Drop-in Enrichment will be allowed without a punch card. A pick-up deadline shall be enforced for mid-day and for afternoon Enrichment.

Monthly Tuition Late Fees
A late fee will be assessed if monthly tuition is received after the fifth (5th) of any month. 28 days following the initial late fee, an additional late fee will be assessed, and this additional late fee will be assessed every 28 days in which a balance remains outstanding. A returned check charge will be assessed on each returned check. To pay for any late and returned check fees, parents will use a Prepaid Punch Card. For each late fee and/or returned check fee, the Punch Card will be assessed ten (10) punches.
Class Late Pick-Up
A pick-up deadline will be enforced for all classes. If a child is not picked up before the posted classroom deadline, the child will automatically be taken to Extended Care/Enrichment. For two-year-old children, a penalty of triple punches every 15 minutes will be assessed for a late pick up, until the child is picked up.
Extended Care Late Pick-Up
A pick-up deadline will be enforced for Extended Care & Enrichment hours. If a child is not picked up before the posted deadline (i.e., after 6:00 pm), a penalty of triple punches every 15 minutes will be assessed until the child is picked up.
