Karli Blaydes, Administrative Specialist
Karli Blaydes joined Montecito in March, 2002 as our Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining Montecito, Karli had 13 years experience in a variety of administrative positions, most recently as Receptionist and Portfolio Assistant Manager at Sand Hill Advisors. She has excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities and is at ease in a busy office. She is calm and capable and approaches her job with enthusiasm. As our Administrative Specialist, Karli is always cheerful and upbeat, and you can count on her to greet you with a welcoming smile. She is the proud mother of two boys, Collin, age eight, and Owen, five years old. Lan Sherlock, Bookkeeper Lan Sherlock joined Montecito in 2006 as the Bookkeeper in Finance & Operations. Prior to joining Montecito, Lan worked for a staffing agency in Mountain View where she was responsible for Human Resources, bookkeeping & business operations for 200 employees. Prior to moving to Sunnyvale to be near her family in 2002, Lan owned and operated a landscaping nursery in Northern California. Her love of plants and nature remains a hobby today. Additionally, Lan has a 20-year real estate background, which includes rental property ownership, management, real estate law, finance and sales. While new at Montecito, Lan has become a key team staff member in helping the school smoothly run its business. Lan is a member of the Graceful Praise Dance Ministry at the Abundant Life Christian Center. Lan also participates with the outreach dance ministry as they volunteer their time and energy to minister to the less fortunate and the elderly at various convalescence facilities in the Bay Area and once a year in Oahu, Hawaii. |
